Our process
From waste to value
Our patent pending technology is specialized in recycling grinding swarf, a hazardous waste from steel machining processes, today largely landfilled. Our process effectively separates out alloying metals, abrasives and lubricants, producing high quality Iron based water treatment chemicals. The solid byproducts can be used as input material for stainless steel production. Hydrogen gas is another byproduct, which can be converted into electricity or used in other industrial processes.
