Anferra Secures Funding for Steel Recycling Pilot

Anferra has been awarded new project funding through the Impact Innovation program Swedish Metals & Minerals, backed by the Swedish Energy Agency, Formas and Vinnova.

The grant will enable a feasibility study that is a foundational component for the design and pilot-scale up, moving Anferra's technology closer to industrial deployment.

A significant portion of the study will be devoted to evaluating between different feedstocks and process configurations, with special attention to metals recovery, hydrogen output, and integration with existing industrial infrastructure.

This is an important milestone in Anferra's journey to bring circular steel-waste recycling to full industrial scale.
